When will I receive my order?

Our company handcrafts all products within 5-7 business days, depending upon availability of raw materials. At most, your order should take 2 weeks to be shipped to you. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 5-7 business days, depending upon availability of raw materials. At most, your order should take 2 weeks to be created for you.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Our company ships through the following carriers

* USPS

International shipping (if applicable)

We happily support and love our international customers.

We ship all International products through USPS .

Bent & Twisted is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

I submitted my order but I'm not sure if it went through?

Once your order is received,  you’ll be sent an email verification along with a receipt of your order.

How do I track the status of my order once it has been shipped?

After your order has been completed you will receive an email notification with your tracking number with USPS.

How should I care for my jewelry once it is received?

To care for jewelry, store in an airtight plastic bag when not in use. This will prevent tarnishing & scratching.

What can damage my jewelry?

Your product(s) can be damaged if exposed to heat, water, humidity, lotions, perfumes, cosmetics and cleaning agents. They can damage the finish of the jewelry.

How can I clean my jewelry?

Your product(s) can be cleaned with a Sunshine Polishing Cloth to keep your jewelry looking new.  Need a polishing cloth? These will be available for purchase soon!

Do you offer refunds?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Rings are considered custom orders as they are made to your exact specifications, including sizing. If you order the wrong ring size, on all rings EXCEPT spinner rings, we will be happy to resize 1 time for you with shipping costs at your expense.  Spinner rings CANNOT be resized and, therefore, are exempt from this resizing caveat.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Spinner Rings.  As these cannot be resized, they are non-returnable/non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due

to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

What if my ring doesn't fit?

If you order the wrong ring size, on all rings EXCEPT spinner rings, we will be happy to resize 1 time for you with shipping costs at your expense.  Spinner rings CANNOT be resized and, therefore, are exempt from this resizing caveat.
